| dry heaves Hi All! I'm new to this forum and just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem that I am having. My baby Bink is 3 1/2 months old and he keeps dry heaving. He will be laying down and then get up to try to throw up and nothing ever comes out. When he is done he just lays back down like nothing happened. I've taken him to the vet 3 times now and the last time the doctor gave me some anti nausea medication and that didn't work. I just was at the vet recently and he said everything is fine. I was just wondering if anyone else has come across this problem and what It might be. Thanks for your help! |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Is there a chance his tummy is getting too empty in between meals? Also, does he reverse sneeze or have a narrowed trachea, which could lend itself to triggering a gag reflex?

| My Tilly does that sometimes early morning when her tummy is empty. If I feed her she is fine. I still give her 3 small feeds a day and she is 4 years old. |

| Romeo was doing it when he was younger, he's grown out of it. It was usually early morning time and I suspect it was because he was on n empty stomach. Make sure Bonky eats the night before and feed him first thing in the morning. I did that Romeo and it went away over time. Good luck to you and keep us updated
