| Treats & Food What treats do you give your babies? Also the breeder said she feeds the puppies puppy chow, there are a couple different ones, does it make a difference which I purchase? I definitely don't want to upset her tummy when I get her home. |

| I prefer Iams for small breed puppies. I have excellent results. Absolutely no bowel/stomach trouble and emma has been on it for her entire 9 months. She also gets Iams dog biscuits. I just break off very small pieces of the treats. We have to watch out weight ya know... |

| I give zukes treats. They have chicken, peanut butter, salmon flavors. They are all natural. I break them up depending on what I am doing with them. sometimes I break them in half, sometimes even smaller if I working with them. I also will give them cooked vegetables and plain chicken and cheese from time to time while training. I feed innvoa dry food. Wet food wise I have fed, canidae, wellness, nutro and pinnacle. I am hoping that they stay on the dry now.

| You should feed exactly what the breeder is feeding for a couple weeks til the pup adjusts to your house. After that, I'd switch to something better like Natural Balance, possibly Canidae or Evangers canned...

| I usually give mine frozen blueberries or bits of apple or chicken for treats. I used to buy these that were for fresh breath...they were green and kind of like a Twizzler, I would cut them up into small pieces. But I have not been able to find them for a while. |
