| olive oil in her dry food? my groomer told me to add a little olive oil in my dog's dry food for her skin not to be so dry and he said it's good for her hair is anyone else doing this? is it good for her? should I stop doing this or keep on adding olive oil? thank you for any help |

| I've never used olive oil, but I have used Omega-3 Fish oil 1000mg. My guys love it....can't say that I've seen any difference in their coats or skin. |

| Yeah Ive been using the fish oil too.. I dont think Chewy likes it at allllll but eats the food when the oil dries up... |

| I would not use olive oil. If you are going to supplement, try using Flax Oil instead. Flax will yield the same results regarding dry skin and is much healthier--it's loaded with Omega acids, is good for overall eye health and contains agents beneficial in preventing certain types of cancer. |
