| we've got the itchies!!!!!! the last couple of days i have been itching like crazy and i dont know why? i checked lucky and he doesn't have flees, besides i just put his monthly treatment of advantage on last week . yesterday when we were outside for our afternoon playtime with the neighborhood yorkies i heard a couple of other mommies talking about they were itchy too........ could lucky have brought flees from outside even though he has advantage on????? i checked him 4 x's yesterday and nothings on him.......is it in the carpet? i was also itching when i was in my bed last night. what could it be any sugg ???????

| did you play in the grass?? because my feet started itching from a certian type of grass once..also it could be a pesticide or chemical in the grass if you did go in grass...maybe?? |

| The same thing happened to my lil Bia and we found out she had scabies(mange). They can get it anywhere, parks, groomers, other dogs. Dog scabies can affect people, ex: cause some itching, red bumps and irritation but the mites cannot survive in humans. Humans have thier own type of scabies that we can easily get but our type of scabies cant survive on dogs. Its highly contagious and you should take your dog to see a vet and get a skin scraping done. Good luck!! |
