| Constipation Issues!! My little 9.5 week old Rosie seems to be pretty constipated, and her tiny poos are in my opinion a bit hard.. Should I give her some bites of apples or ???

| Thanks! I have an apple with me (I am at work) so maybe I will give her a few tiny bites, then get some pumpkin this evening.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | What are you feeding and did you change her diet or anything? Hard poos are actually a good thing bc they keep the anal glands cleared. Of course, constipation is not a good thing. Is she drinking enough water?

puppy tiny bites (but she prefers her soft food) She drinks water, though I wish she would drink more..but she pees okay. She acts fine. I gave her some apple bits, nothing yet, but I gave them to her after her last playdough poo, and she just had some dinner, so hopefully soon. I am going to get her some pumpkin on my way home. How much should I give her?? Do they seem to like the taste??

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | When was her last poo compared to how often she usually goes? Since she is so young, maybe try about a 1/2 tsp or so to start.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | That's good then - I don't think she sounds constipated at all.
