| Did You Sign a Contract to Take Your Baby Home From the Vet? Is that how it normally works when you want to take your baby home from the vet instead of leaving them over night after a spay or neuter? I was told that I must sign a contact that basically says they are not responsible for any complications if I bring Mia home with me after her spay.

| That is normal if the vets insists on keeping them.

| No. I didn't. But my vet doesn't keep them overnight.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | My vet said I would have to sign a waiver if I take Roxie home the same day of her spay. I don't get it since no one will be at the vets all night with her but I will sign. If she isn't well enough to come home I will transfer her to the 24 hour hospital. No way am I leaving her alone all night.
