| Teeth? Penny acts like she is having a hard time chewing. Do their teeth hurt when they lose their baby teeth and get their adult teeth? She has her adult teeth in the front.(that's what the vet said)

| When lottie was losing her baby teeth she didnt have any problems with chewing with her new teeth, and didnt seem in any pain at all, tho it kinda freaked me out to find her little baby teeth around my flat! didnt kno what they were and posted here to find out! I kno that one of the problems in yorkies is their teeth cos they have such small mouths. id have the vet check her out just incase she has an infection in her teeth or gums or maybe has too many teeth crowding her mouth? anyway the vet will be able to tell you if there is a problem hope this is some help Last edited by tuzzylou; 06-02-2008 at 02:03 PM. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I think they can have trouble eating when the baby teeth are loose and I would think it hurts when the new teeth are coming in.
