| When is it good to have the baby teeth pulled? So just came back from a check up today and Evie still has 4 baby teeth. The vet said right now would be a good time to pull it but I've been hearing alot of mixed opinions. So I was wondering what everyone on YT thinks. Evie is about 4 1/2 lbs and 9 months old. Do you guys think we should wait until she is 1 yr old or should she just have them pulled now? We're a little worried that the baby teeth might make her adult teeth grow crooked. And then we are also worried that she might be too young and too small. Soooooo any advice will be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

| Yes the vet said that it should be done at the same time. But alot of our friends and family said we should wait cause they think Evie's teeth will eventually fall out. But everytime I look in her mouth I think that her regular teeth are going to grow out in a way where it might effect her eating. How much did Bella and Diggy weigh at the time?

| I would do it when you have her spayed. If they are still retained at 9 months they will probably not come out on their own. I waited 11 mo for Feather's spay and she never lost hers. |

| They may never come out on their own, When I rehomed Holly at the age of 5, she had some baby teeth still, (her previous terrible owner never took her to a vet ever) We had her spay and her baby teeth were removed at the same time. When I get Darcy spayed at 6 months, if there are any baby teeth remaining I will have them removed at the same time.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Roxie is 8 months old and is getting spayed next week and will get her baby teeth pulled, I think that by 8-9 months all their permanent teeth are in.
