| Need low calorie snack Can anyone suggest a good low calorie snack for my baby. I've taken him off of his favorite bones because they are just trash food and were putting weight on him. His weight is a constant concern for me. I need something nutritious that I can grab and take on the go with us.

I also give her MilkBone Dog Treats. She gets two a day! I also gave these to Muffin all of her life. They have both dearly loved them for some reason. Plus, they are made in the USA. Milk-Bone Original Dog Treats at PETCO

Wheat flour, beef meal and beef bone meal, corn flour, sugar, dried digest of poultry by-products, cooked bone marrow preserved with BHA, BHT and citric acid, beef fat preserved with tocopherols, salt, brewers dried yeast, artificial color (includes red 40), iron oxide, sodium metabisulfite (dough conditioner), natural flavor.Wheat and corn are not good for dogs and the by-products of poultry are the beaks, feet and feathers All those preservatives don't sound too good either. Pup-corn is full of corn, which causes allergies and the Cherrios also has wheat...just be careful of these as you don't want them to get itchy skin. We will stick to the baby carrots, fruits and veggies. | |
