| Thoughts on "all life stages" food? I'm not sure if this has been discussed before what I wanted to know what you all thought of ALS? In my quest to find the perfect foods for my babies, I have shyed away from at least 3-4 recommended brands because they were labeled ALS. I simply cannot believe that the same food can provide adequate nutrition for a 6 month puppy and a 4 year old dog (for instance). Does anybody have information to support this?

| I'm curious to see what others have to say about this. Personally, I love it! When I found out that Merricks was an all life stages food, I was thrilled. I was having problems with KaCee being so protective over her food when I was feeding my two dogs seperatly. Now, I can set one bowl out and they both eat out of it peacefully

| Canidae's website has some good info about All Life Stages Foods. Yes, the requirements for a pup are different from the requirements of adults. That's why the feeding guidelines are different for a pup than for an adult for ALS foos. They say that a puppy should eat 2 times the amount that an adult should eat when eating an ALS food
