| Double row of teeth Elvis' baby incisors on top have two permanent teeth coming in behind them. His bottom ones are still just the baby teeth. Is this usual? I'm hoping the baby ones will come out before June 17th. He'll be neutered on that day and just don't want the vet pulling teeth, would rather nature takes its course.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Unfortunately, this is a problem with yorkies, they don't usually lose all their teeth on their own, and the double row of teeth can cause food build up that leads to bad breath and serious dental problems. Most of us have to have at least some of the milk teeth removed, and this is usually done when they are neutered. Sometime natures way is not best.

| I'm so worried about Xavier's teeth! So far he's lost 8 baby teeth but he's incisors? have started to come in and his milk teeth aren't loose...and he's already been neutered!
