| I've never tried Earthbath, but my baby has had really dry skin in the past. We use BuddyWash shampoo and Buddy Splash and his skin is great now.

| My puppy is the same age and going through the same thing. He is really healthy and I have been searching the web trying to find out what is causing the flaky skin and patchy fur. I can't find any thing that a puppy might have to cause those things. So I am pretty sure this is just a weird puppy stage!! I am still going to keep a close eye on him But I am pretty sure he will just grow out of if. He went through a flaky skin patch a couple of weeks ago. Then it was gone this last week now today it is back. Lets keep each other posted as to what is going on with our puppies Ps what do you feed? |

| Jessi that question was really for Txgurl. I am sure your puppy still has puppy fuzz. That is probably what is shedding off your puppy and probably why your puppy's leg fur looks so thin. You might see this on other parts of her body too. The same thing is going on with Brutis. I think his puppy fur is shedding faster than his grown up fur is coming in. It is so weird that Brutis has flaky skin when the longer hair that he has is so shiny. I am pretty sure that the whole thing is a puppy stage. I am going to try the oil however! |

| i forgot to mention that i dont use "conditioner" on her. i only use the earthbath shampoo. cud this b a reason too? that she needs conditioner?? i put the conditioner spray/spritz wen im about to take her somehwere n want her to smell good. im thissss close to buyin her the coat handler shampoo n conditioner. i dont wanna make a big deal n go to the vet so i can pay 65 dollars so they can stick a thermometer up her her butt n put her on a scale n then for him to tell me a sentence on what it cud b. beisdes, all the times i've taken her to the vet for something it gets better or goes away after a week. hopefully this is the same case. hopefully its puppy fuzz |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I would probably stop feeding the chicken, if it were me. How long has she had blackish poos?
