| Feeding schedules? I was just wondering what is your feeding schedule? We feed the animals twice a day. But since its warm out we want to train the puppy to potty outside and not have accidents at night. Hes doing really good with not pottying at night and uses a pee pad while in his cage, but sometimes I would like for him to sleep in the bed with me when my DH is at work at night lol and he peed on my comforter last night. So what is a good time to feed and do you take up the water after a certain time? Thanks |

| Welcome to YT! When Milli was a puppy, our vet said to take away the water at 7-8 PM. That should help with them needing to pee at night. Also, take your furbaby out to potty RIGHT before bed, and no sleeping until he goes Unfortunately, when they're babies, they just need to potty more often. I have heard they can hold it for as many hours as they are months old-so if he's 5 months, he can hold it 5 hours. I would recommend giving him the opportunity to go more often than that if you're working on training. I feed my two twice daily-at 6 and 6 . They get a few treats after dinner, and Emma sometimes gets a 3rd small meal around 9-10 pm-for some reason her metabolism is really high, and she'll wake me up at 4-5 AM if she doesn't get a snack at night to tide her over.
