| I went online and requested some too, I am a little nervous about trying new things on the market but the product sounds like it is a good one.

| Hi. Yes, I heard of it. I am in the process of deciding between that one and Wellness puppy. If anyone out there who knows more about ingredients and such can go on the link and tell me which one to pick...that would be great! I saw that food last time I went into the city. The staff was new to the food but had good things to say about the ingredients. At first I thought it was a new product....but I do believe the website says its been out for a few years already!! Anyhoo... Wellness or Now? Help? |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I just finished looking at it for another member, "Marc" - and replied in his post. I think it has real promise, actually.

| Hi, Went to the website and evaluated the ingredients. The first ingredient is deboned turkey--this can contain as much as 80% water--so acutually it's value by weight when dehydrated--would be farther down on the list--the second ingredient is potato flour--a acarb--used as a filler pea, apple the egg--all good, pea fibre--another filler, the canola oil is good--and the preservative is tocopherols a source of viatamin--another good thing. Again the salmon and the duck are largely--water ---the alfalfa--is a grain--not usable to dogs as they have digestive tracks like humans--Does have vatamin c--also good. Not as good a food as it sounds when reading the ingredients as the first item is really the potato flour---in the canine food pyramid--protein is on the bottom--then veggies, then fruit and grains at the very top. Hope this helps. |

| According to the dogfood analysis site the Now product is a 4 star and the companies "go" product is a 5-6 star depending on which one you get. Wellness is also a 5-6 star
