| I feed Canidae and am very happy with it. Meeko has dry, itching skin before and his coat is definitely improving!

| I feed Innova and have been happy with that. Innova, Candiae, Wellness, some of the better foods may have to be bought at a specialty pet store (just don't buy products at a store where they sell pets, unless it's for a rescue.) Most of the company websites can tell you where the closest place is to buy the food - it may even be a holistic or acupuncture vet office. Some folks do buy it online like at Pet Food Supplies Dog Cat Bird ... PetFoodDirect.com If you chose Solid Gold or Natural Balance - Petco has these. They just started selling Solid Gold a few mths ago I would really go the sample route first. You won't believe how generous some of the companies are -- I have 2 that will eat anything & the samples kept me in food for a couple mths

| My girls the Life's Abundance. It is all natural healthy ingredients. We tried many of the top brands but my girls wouldn't eat them. They love this LA food. I have free samples if you would like to try some. Whatever you decide to feed, just read the labels and make sure there is no corn, no wheat or soy, and no by-products The LA has none of those ingredients in any of their products. We also love the fact that it is shipped straight to our door from the manufacturing plant instead of sitting on store shelves or warehouses for up to 18 months. Saves gasoline too! You are smart to get your babies off of the Iams and Science Diet |

| I was in the exact same boat as you are....I was feeding my puppy food that had by-product in it and didn't even realize. Yucko! I am now feeding him Innova Small Bites and he loves it! Be sure you look into Innova while you are doing your research.

| Tessa gets Orijen Puppy and my Lab cross gets Acana. They both love their food and Tessa used to have dry, flaky skin but that is gone now.

My furkids Donating Member | I have been feeding Canidae kibble (with a little wet canidae) for about 1 1/2 yrs now. Recently I have been mixing Canidae dry and Merrick dry together to give them a little variety. They LOVE IT! And they are both really good foods. You will not be able to find these brands in petco or petsmart (not around my area anyway). I go to a specialty shop to buy the girls their food.
