| Not pooping Hello everyone:-) So my little baby Deegan hasn't pooped since this morning. He woke up this morning at 6 am and pooped like normal, but it is now almost 11 o'clock at night and he hasn't pooped since! He is eating normally, seems happy and has tons of energy. He isn't acting sick, but I am just wondering should I be worried? Thanks:-) |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Are you sure he didn't leave a little gift for you somewhere? If not - it is a bit odd that he hasn't pooed, but if you haven't changed his food or anything - I wouldn't worry too much. Since it's late - I'd probably just wait till morning - then see what happens. Make sure in the a.m. he drinks alot of water. He should go in the a.m. - if not, you could give some canned pumpkin to get things moving..

| You may want to check to make sure there's no poop stuck to his rear that would prevent him from going. It's pretty common, especially with the young ones. If some poop doesn't fall off they can sit down and make a 'mushroom' that will clog them up if it dries. |
