| Overweight ? Help Chooie is 8 months old male, was neutered 4 weeks ago and he weighs 9.0lbs. The vet has put him on Hills prescription diet since he was 5 months old b/c he had digestive issues.... He eats 4 oz of wet food two times a day. Is this a average weight for a yorkie ? |

| Too much ? Is that wet food you feed Sass ? Maybe I am feeding him too much ? My vet said to follow the label it says a 8oz of wet food a day ? So I split the feedings into 2 ? I dont want him to get over-weight. |

| Sass is almost 10 months, she will be 1 yrs old July 8, 2008. She eats California Natural Lamb Meal & Rice Dry Puppy Food. She was eating 1/2 cup a day (sometimes more) We are cutting her back to 1/3 cup a day. I don't give treats, but do give her those dental bone chews I buy from the vet. I also add a little plain yogurt to her food and I am going to cut back on that. When you put your hands on Sass ribs you feel a little layer of fat - you are supposed to be able to feel their ribs.
