| anyone hand feed???? I started hand feeding my pups as a way to teach them some manners .I have two greedy pups that will eat all the food from mom/dad/sibling if I don't. they will stuff themselves to capacity. well its been working fine its a little tedious and I feed until they walk away but it gives them time to fill up eating it slower. they look so adorable all sitting together waiting their turn .yep I have no life so I have all the time in the world to sit and do this everyday .wouldn't have it any other way. sooo anyone else?????

I hand feed Joey his breakfast because his vet said he needed to lose weight. So all treats had to go, and I use his breakfast meal for training. He's getting quite good at all his tricks!

| I homecook and hand feed my puppy girl, too. The main reason is that Idon't want the food gets onto her face - really messy! The second reason? Just pampering her.

| I really like it.at first I just thought these pups have no manners I put the food down and they come stampeding through the house and all go for it at once and eat out of each others bowl, then comes the fighting. now they are the pictue of patience now if I could just work on that alert thing when someone comes to the door.........

| Is there any other way to feed spoiled Yorkies? Jazzi likes to hunt/find his dry food. I swear he will not eat out of dish or even if I put in front of him. I have to spread it around for his hunt. He will love Easter!! Sometimes I eat at couch and he sits on my shoulder waiting for his bite of my food. Of course I slip him a litte bite, just don't call and tell my Vet.

| I hand feed my girls because they are on Raw food diet and also i want them to get equal amount of food also. My little Tumi is a porky so if i don't hand feed, she'll eat both her food and gracie's.

| I used to hand feed my toy poodle because she became really picky, and that was the only way I could get her to eat. If I left the food down, she would never eat it because she thought she was too good. But if I hand fed to her, then she thought it was special for some reason! |
