| Chickie Jiggies This is my version of Jello Jigglers. My furbabies love Chickie Jiggies they are a healthy, low calorie (almost no calorie) healthy treat ..... 1 1/4 cup de-fatted chicken broth separated* 1 package unflavored gelatin 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup cold broth 2. Heat remaining broth to boiling and pour over softened gelatin. 3. Stir until completely dissolved (this may take several minutes). 4. Pour into a small square dish and refrigerate until firm. 5. Cut into small pieces and watch the fun! I use homemade broth to avoid such nono's as onion and too much sodium. Any other defatted meat (or vegetable) broth can be substituted. |
