| Watery eyes My yorkie has really watery eyes! is this common? Well only when he wakes up from his sleep is when I see gooey build up around his eyes, and it gets stuck on his hair. but when he's awake he's fine. |

| I use an eye-brow brush/comb to comb the gunk out each evening. It's a regular routine so Chipper doesn't mind. My senior girls don't seem to have much of a problem, though. Joanne |

| Bella and Coco get there faced cleaned daily. I get it the area under their eyes wet and use a flea comb to get the gunk out.

| Diddy has very watery eyes also. I was hoping it was a common thing and that it does not mean that something is wrong.

| I have this problem with Jacoby too. I think it may be because of some sort of allergy. Some people have said in other threads that giving them distilled water can help....but it didn't help Jacoby, so i dunno

| I think this is a common problem with a lot of dogs. I just pick the "eye boogers" off. My dog hates me messing with it...so I hold him by his chin whiskers with one hand, and pick em off with the other. I know. Yuck. But, it's what I do.
