| Canidae question I have been switching my babies over to canidae well they wouldn't touch the kibble so i bought them some canned and they love it. I just read the can and it says for a balanced diet that they recommend mixing 25% canned with 75% kibble . My babies won't touch the kibble even when i mix it . I want them to have a balanced diet so what do i do? Am i going to have to switch again?

| Yes it does it says Canidae Lamb And Rice Formula in Lamb Broth is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for All Life Stages. To achive a balanced diet and maintain firm stools,CANIDAE recommends a feed ration of 25% canned to 75% CANIDAE dry dog food by weight.

Technically, anything that says AAFCO can be fed as 100% of a dog's diet. http://www.peteducation.com/article....&articleid=662 Maybe call Canidae and tell them you want to feed all canned, is it okay? If it is not then they need to get the AAFCO label off.
