| Strange behavior after feeding RAW?! Tookie is doing very well on NV raw, but we did notice some strange ritual like behavior after starting him up on the raw diet. Whenever we put his bowl down with the medallions, he ALWAYS rubs his face/nose on the floor next to his bowl for a couple of seconds back and forth, back and forth. He even moves the bowl around while he's doing it. He'll put his face in the bowl every now and then and licks the food for a bit, but then goes back to his nose/face rubbing on the carpet. It almost looks as if he's intimidated of the food and wants to make sure that it's dead? He does this EVERY time! When we put NV kibble in his bowl, he doesn't do this at all, only with the kibble. I noticed that he does it every now and then when we put a bully stick or dehydrated chicken breast treat in front of him too. Any others' babies that do this? What the heck? |

| rubbing the face like that is normally a type of "marking". He's most likely marking his food and claiming it as his
