| I haven't tried this but I have heard it works wonders -- it is just to add aloa vera gel while shampooing. Hope this helps |

| no not every night.. i just keep an eye on it and when it gets back we use it or if i know she is going to have a bath in a couple days i'll use it to counteract the drying that the blow dryer will do and because i know her hair will only look yucky for a few day s |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | You could work from the inside out by giving some fish oil. Then, you could also try a "spray on, leave in" hair conditioner - that may help a bit.

| Anne's right I never thought about the fish oil.. well I did.. but it makes Layla sick.. so you might want to start with small amounts... and you can also try Vitamin E aswell |

my scooby had terribly dry skin, I used to give a bit of cod liver oil couple times a week for his coat, but the skin still remained terribly dry, dont know why | |

| My Mom called and said she saw on one of the morning shows that you can use Aveeno bath on your pets for dry skin. I am gonna try it on Sophie.

That's a good idea too. I might try that and see if the fish oil helps too.
