Sneezing in the morning Hello all! My 14 week-old yorkie, Bear, and I are new to YorkieTalk, and we are so excited to be a part of the community. Bear had a cold when we got him, and he had been on antibiotics for about two weeks. It seems that most of his cold symptoms have cleared, except for repetitive sneezing each morning. He will sneeze and sneeze for 5+ minutes daily each morning. This is his only symptom (energy levels, eating, etc... are good). Does anyone have an opinion on why this is happening?

Mine did this after I had used carpet powder to freshen my carpet.I finally figured it out, and i don't know why they sneezed mostly in the morning.

My 11 yr. old rescue Yorkie, Rosie, has sneezed 5 x's every morning since she come to my home. I can count on it. Each sneeze becomes progressively more forceful until the fifth when her little nose nearly hits the carpet.

I haven't brought my yorkie home yet, but my 1.5 year old schnoodle sneezes quite a bit. I used to think it was dust build up in the carpet but we've just gotten new carpet and he's still sneezing. It's nothing serious...just a few sneezes a day.
