Donating YT 30K Club Member | I don't have any advice other tham to try and tire her out, which doesn't seem to be working. She should get into a schedule as she gets older. The only other thought is get another one!!!!!

| breeder! sounds like the breeder you got her from was a late nighter.I also stay up late and sleep in the day unless I have business and my pups are on this same routine.she'll come around in the next two weeks.just wake her up a lot during the day as much as you can and that first night she goes to sleep you will have reset her clock and all should be fine.

| You don't by chance have a cat do you? They tend to sleep days and play at night. I just though if you had a cat, then maybe the puppy hears it playing at night. I'd make sure you played with her before bed to tire her out. Good luck. |

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | when i first got my puppy i played with her like crazy for an hour before bed. when she tried to lay down or fall asleep i woke her little butt up and made her play some more. after a few days of this she learned to sleep all night long. Is she getting her last set of shots tomorrow? if so you can ask her vet if she's allowed to go on walks now. THis way you can walk her around the block to tire her out before bed.

| Riley did this also when I first got him. He is getting better about it, but he still has his late nights. Lol. Normally I try to just play alot right before I go to bed. Then I rub Riley's head and neck until hes out. |

| We started Koda out (when we got him at 9 weeks) sleeping in his crate at night with a blanket covering most of it. I really think it helped set his inner clock on the right schedule. We started leaving him out all night around 4 mos and he has been fine ever since. He now sleeps with me and doesn't get up until I do. He is actually harder to get up int he morning than my skin kids Last edited by erino77; 12-05-2007 at 11:29 PM. Reason: sp |
