| How much for teeth cleaning My dog is getting his teeth cleaned tomorrow. How much do you pay to have it done? Do they need pain meds after?

| They only need pain meds if the vet had to go under the gums. I just paid $165 for a quick cleaning and that didn't include bloodwork because Ellie was already under. That may have included some extra anesthesia time though. Ellie had teeth pulled in January and a deep cleaning. That cost about $600 with bloodwork, xrays and anesthesia.

| I just talked to my vet about getting Hallie's teeth cleaned and it's going to cost me around $350 total. She's going in January |

| Well Bruce's regular cleaning not including the bloodwork (that was done by his regular vet not the vetrinary dentist) and sealents cost $500, and we discovered he needs yet more dental work...Dental work can be a little bit too expensive in my opinion...

| With the bloodwork plus the visit to get the bloodwork, and the teeth cleaning it self = around $250
