| First Grooming appointment on Saturday! I'm taking Lucy to get groomed for the first time on Saturday. I am taking her to the same groomer that my mom uses for her two yorkies so I know she does a really good job with them. My problem is I obviously will be getting the puppy cut and I'm going to ask her to keep the top knot, but trim up everything else. My question is I want her to shave Lucy's ears because they are standing and one keeps trying to fall a little bit and I read that it could be teething or the weight of the hair on her ears. So how much should I have her shave off of her ears?
