Dandruff? I'm pretty sure that Eloise has dandruff. I admit, I have been bathing her more than neccesary [around 2 xs between a week and week and a half], and now know that I won't continue this.. but does anyone know of any products that will hydrate/soothe her skin and soon enough get rid of this? Or do I have to wait it out? The last time I bathed her was Saturday evening [7/21]... Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

they make dandruff shampoos for dogs, but i think they smell pretty gross (like the nutrogena tar shampoo for people). you could try something with aloe in it or an oatmeal shampoo. our lab has dandruff and my husband said the vet claimed there was nothing we could do. i've decided maybe we should see a new vet and get some allergy tests done. good luck!

I use Earthbath from PetCo. Also, Cranberry Fields Shampoo & Conditioner from beyondspoiled.com is EXCELLENT for dry skin and dandruff. You really really really need to cut down on the baths. I only bathe my yorkies every 3 weeks to a month because of their dry skin.
