| To cut or not to cute questions Hey i have my gidget and scrappy, gets is almost 1 year old her hair is just starting to really grow, i think she is a cottony. i noticed that her black back looks like its going to change to silver. there are silver stands and the hair under the black at her legs is gray. if i shave her will it take forever to grow back? is it worth it to shave to see if the color is silver? will her coat grow back a little silky maybe? Scrappy is a soft cottoney, 7 months old pretty long no change in color that i can tell. his head between his ears is silver if i got his long hair will it take forever to come back? is it possible that it will come back silky? Thanks any info on the coat and how it works is really appreciated....Clippers standing by |

| If her hair grows really slow then it will probably take a long time to grow back. I am always afraid to cut it...I just let it grow. I love the full coats.

| I think it's really just preference whether you want your dogs hair to be long or short. I keep Dunks' short because its just easier everything! LoL ANd I love it short, he looks so cute... but the other post said that she keeps her dog's coat long - so its really just preference... =)

| Hi i love their hair long but wanted to know if there would be in changes in the coat itself if i cut it. so what i did was cut the back down but left the sides long and the face long, it looks really good. |
