| Bath Day! It was bath day around here. I had each one in, shampooed, conditioned, and out as quickly as possible. Dudley just stands there and lets me bathe him with this accusing look on his face, like, "How could you do this to me?" Corky still tries (half-heartedly) at least twice to jump out of the water, then lets me get the bath done. I have discovered a means to make the whole thing quick and a lot easier, too. I got a dishwashing mitt (as a gift). It is a thin sponge, sewn in the shape of a hand, with light netting over it. You can put your hand in it, like a mitten. They seem to like the feel of it, as I rub the shampoo in with it, then the conditioner. I made sure it was rinsed very well, then washed their little faces with clear water. It helped get those under-eye ickies right out too. I noticed that it also helped work the mats out when I was working the conditioner in with it too. It is really soft and gentle to use too. It was SO much easier to brush them both out after the bath today. I was amazed. I'm not sure what made me think of it, other than somebody gave it to me, it was hanging above the sink, and I just tried it. I'm glad I did.
