| Check your local craft store. The smallest I have found are the 30mm size, but with my Sissy's superfine hair, I still need a band with the barrette around it to hold anything in.

| In the baby section at walmart. I have bought dragon flies, hearts and yesterday I saw little bows and butterflies. I didn't buy any though because we have bangs cut right now. |

| Does she have thin silky hair? I've never found a barrette that was tight enoughor small enough. Sometimes the snap style will work but eventually they wear out. I like the claw type. Like this: http://tinkerbellscloset.com/items/b...lip-detail.htm They always hold Lola's hair and you can use them for a top knot or pigtails. Plus they don't rip out her hair when I take them out. I just ordered some baby snap styles ones to try out for bed time. I'll let you know if they work.

| I haven't been able to find a barrette that stays in Emma's hair. It's very silky, and I have to put it up in a band, then I can put the barrette around it. The tiny claw clips are good too!

| I use the little goody clips in turbos hair (like the girls were using to twist their hair back a few years ago). They are super tiny and cheap! They hold his hair up so well!

| Try EBay, 3 mm. french barrettes, those are the smallest available. But I agree, you may need to use a band under it...
