| Help with the face... Hello ya'll... After taking Bentley to the groomers and having a horrible experience (In October I took him for a TRIM and she got him confused with another dog... Needless to say he was not just puppy cut, but SHAVED! OMG was I mad! She scheduled too many appointments, was running behind, and he was there for 4 and 1/2 hours when he was supposed to be done in 30 min. This was after I had already scheduled an apointment with her the week before and she forgot and wasn't there. I drove 45 minutes from where I live for college, to the groomers at home... .... Okay enough ranting!!) But his hair is is finally looking good again thank gosh! I was just wondering how to trim the face, I LOVE the boxy look. I've been doing him and our girl ever since, but I just can't get the face right... At least I think it's just the face I can't do right... Thanks for the help!! |

| He dosen't look awful he's adorable. I think we all have been in that boat from time to time and there are now so many of YT'ers trying to groom their own pets. I am one of them and just learning. I use a moustache trimmer to go between the eyes, as I don't like the hair in front of his eyes. I am letting the hair grow down each side of his face at this time and below his chin which seems to grow back towards his chest so it does not get in his food. Yay. I am trying to let the hair on top of his forehead grow longer so it will eventually go back. I don't use bows. There is another thread going about this very thing, grooming perhaps you can find info there as well. Carol & Buddy |

| [QUOTE=ARCHIE;989895]He dosen't look awful he's adorable. Thanks! I was so upset when I picked him up over 5 hours later... Plus it was October, so football season and his daddy (my fiance) plays football at our college and we both go to the games... He was so so cold all the time. So we had to buddle up BIG time. But he did still enjoy the tailgating... See... |

| Wow He is so CUTE! I always have my boy cut short in the summer. Now I have a girl and I want her to look girly. Anyone have any pictures that I can take to the groomer to show her? My baby is 14 weeks so she doesnt' have alot of hair yet. What is a good first cut? I have attached a picture of her so you can see what she looks like now. I do want her to have a pony tail or two pig tails later on. I get Cody cut with a teddy bear face, but I think I want her to be longer. Any suggestions??
