| Help with brushes and combs! What type of brushes and combs seem to work best? Our Wrigley matts terribly, we are using Cowboy Magic and it helps, but not all the way. We are thinking we need to switch brushes. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Pat - the All Systems brush is what Cynthia suggested to us and it has worked out great. Here is a link to her site, very reasonable prices too! I emailed her and asked for her recommendation first. http://www.dog-bows.com/cgi-bin/TheF...201&category=1

| I use the CC brush. It took me forever to justify the cost to myself, but I am so glad that I got it. Sadie hated to be brushed, but since I bought it, she doesn't mind it at all.

| Thank You for the info. Do you use the regular pin brush or the OB pin brush listed on their site? Also they have several types of combs, do you prefer one over the other? What is the CC brush and where do you get that? |

[QUOTE] I know many that have purchased the CC brushes and then go right back to the All Systems in a short time. I have found the CC personally to be heavy and awkward to use, and find them to be harsh to the coat and skin because of the stiffness. That is the reason I decided not to carry them. The DE82M is an excellent Boars Bristle Brush for a full body brush, DE82S is excellent for TopKnots. These are comparable to the 100.00 Mason Pearson Brush. They are made in the same area, with the difference being one is hand tuffed and the other is tuffed by machine.[QUOTE]

| So do ya'll think the pin brush or boar bristle brush is better. I really need to get them a good one and I have looked at her site before, and I just wanted to know what was best for the yorkies hair. Abigail's hair is really silky and Summer's is a mixture betwen silky and cottony I think. Thanks

She recommended the boar bristle to me but you could just email and ask for her suggestions for your specific coat types. She was very quick to get back with me.

| Okay thanks. Thats why I wanted to ask bc I have a boar bristle brush at home that I have used on them before, but I didn't really like the way it worked. If it is better than the pin then I think I will order it. Thanks

| For those of you that bought the CC brushes, do you keep your Yorkie in a long coat? We don't plan on keeping Wrigley long, but we still want to make we are using a really good brush. I just wasn't sure if those brushes are more if they have a show type coat? Thanks! |

| I have the CC fusion brush and Sassy is only 4 months old. I would use this brush even if we keep her short because it is so nice. The pins are so soft that i no it feels good on her skin that is why she like to get brushed now. |

| Oh great, that's what I was wondering. Do you have the 20mm size? Was there a reason that you picked the Fusion over the gold series? I'm not really sure of the difference. |
