| trouble with puppy coat... :(( I was just combing Pepper and noticed a bald spot on his chest... Right where the front of his new vest harness was yesterday ... I was so careful with that velcro and all, is it possible it rubbed the hair out of the skin? The spot is about the dime size, only on one side, his chest hair is pretty fine, as opposed to all the black fur on the back. Same with his legs, fine thin fur (and mats like crazy - the black doesn't really...), is it normal??
