| Ear trim question Is it hard to trim the ears by oneself? My pup's ears are standing but I see so much hair's grown on it it seems they don't look as 'up' and pointy as before. I already trimmed his butt area (LOL) and paws (he was sliding on kitchen tiles LOL) with scissors, I bought clippers to take care of his sanitary area better. Actually, I was the one holding the dog, hubby did the honors . But I'm a little nervous about the ears... How much hair should be left? I'm guessing only outside is trimmed right? Thanks....

| Yes, only the outside of the ears are trimmed. Just get hubby to hold your pup and then shave the top 1/3 of his ears with the clippers. Be careful not to cut him, though! They do get rather squirmy. You will definately need someone to hold him while you do it. Shaving the ears will help them to stand up better! |
