| I am soooo HAPPY! Well as some might know I made an appt for Mimi to get groomed a few weeks ago and I was so nervous that I had to cancel her appt. I hear too many horror stories and also from taking Timmy and me telling them not to touch his face and they did anyway Okay so a co-worker starting grooming part time about 6 months ago and she offered to groom her for me. I had a good feeling and I agreed. She only has 3 dogs that she grooms at home she does her part time grooming at a shop. So I dropped Mimi off at her house this weekend and I absolutely loved the fact that it was one on one. She has her own set up and everything at home and she loves animals. She actually had to put her 15 yr old golden ret down last week because he was very ill. I felt so bad for her because she still cries about it but she knows it was the best thing for her dog. Anyway I left Mimi there because I had to go do some things....1 hour later she calls me and says she is done! I went to pick her up and she looked sooooo CUTE! She did an awesome job and did exactly what I told her I wanted her to do and she only charged me $20 but I gave her $30. I am taking Timmy in 2 weeks to get done as well. I am just so happy I was able to find someone that not only loves animals but that is able to do them at her house one on one and my baby doesn't have to be placed in a kennel. She just let Mimi run loose around her house. Now Mimi thinks she is the sh*t....lol Her attitude has change and she walks around the house knowing that she looks good...lol Anyone elses baby do this when they are groomed? Anyway I'm sorry this was long but I wanted to share this with all of you. I will post pictures soon...I'm at work right now. |
