Missing Yoshi Everyday! Donating Member | Need recommendation on... shampoo/conditioner for fur that tends to get greasy within days of bath. I don't want to have to bath them every 4 days due to fur getting so greasy. Is there a product out there for greasy dog fur? Thanks

| IDK... I do know when I add coconut oil to their food, if it's too much it tends to make their coat oily. Are you using any food supplements? Through trail and error decreasing the amount returned the coat to normal.

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I have been using Chris Christensen Day to Day shampoo and conditioner. I love it. I was Galen every week to 10 days

| Or skip the conditioner and see how that goes. You may only need to use it every 2-3 baths if at all. Or just use a grooming spray for comb outs instead.

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I heard minksheen shampoo is great to keep bugs away . . . Do you notice that it works?

| I use Minksheen weekly on all of my dogs, each has a very different coat . I use it cut 1 to 4 with water in a pump soap dispenser , shake often. It is very concentrated and separates easily.I let the first foam soak in , rinse lightly and then foam again massaging carefully and rinsing over and over. I am in Florida and rarely treat for fleas -so I think it really keeps them at bay. Using only fish based foods and Probiotics have been a big help to my Wheaten Terrier allergic/greasy skin issues. |
