| Lack of hair in armpits?? I actually feel pretty weird asking this, but do Yorkies have hair in their, I suppose, armpits? Snoopy doesn't have almost any hair unless it hasn't grown, although he's 2 years old. Can someone help me? |

| My Yorkie is 3.5 years old and she has very little hair in her "arm pits". It's very sparse there and you can easily see her skin underneath. I think this is natural though because they only have a single coat of fur rather than the double coat that most other breeds have. This is also why you have to be careful of them in colder weather. They just don't have as much natural protection from the elements!
