| Cutting leg hair to be all fluffy Elvis has a cotton coat and an uh let's call it a modified schnauzer cut right now...well his leg hair was super long, but has been getting really tangled lately with the humidity and the on and off rain and us starting to head on outdoor adventures again...I tried trimming it myself to get the fluffy look of a schnauzer and the beautiful legs puffs I've seen on Yorkies with pups cuts but I'm butchering it and I don't want to go any shorter... Any have a good video link, on leg cutting and fluffing? My groomer walked me through it verbally and I'm actually embarrassed to take him in and show her how it is right now...any leg grooming tricks you'd mind sharing...for Elvis' sake please.

| OMG I'm horrible at doing the legs!! Everything else is so simple to do but the LEGS!! I groom her myself so depending on what cut I'm keeping her in, I usually just keep her feet trimmed by myself and let her leg hair grow out. Right now I am growing her coat out again so the legs won't need to be cut but I just had her put into a puppy cut a few months ago and I know better than to try her legs by myself LOL!! So she went to the groomers and got her puppy cut. If you find/found a good video I'd love to see it as well

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | With the cotton coat it is easier to do legs then with a silky coat. Comb all the hair up and then scissor down straight. repeat until neat

| I cheat and use the clippers with a comb to rough cut the legs to the length I want. Then I comb it up and scissor cut all the stragglers until it is even. |
