| Thank you to those who recommended Biogroom-it was great! I used specifically the Oatmeal shampoo, Fluffy Puppy for the face, and Oatmeal Creme Rinse. He was a little stinky and now he smells great, his coat is very soft and the Fluffy Puppy seemed to really do a good job cleaning the face. It is much brighter and cleaner. |

| I order it online from Cherrybrook when I can get deals on shipping. Maybe someone will suggest a better online source.

| I used cherrybrook also. They sent it very fast and it was the most affordable I found. I only ordered the 12 oz bottles for now-but I can see those lasting a decent amount of time. I do have the silk creme rinse, but since he has dandruff/dry skin I thought the oatmeal would be soothing. Biogroom sent me samples also which was great |

| When I tried on my pups, the cotton always popped out. I do my best to direct the water away from the ear canal by not pouring water straight down on top of the head, and I am careful not to aim the sprayer at the ears.

| Hi there, I have only had my dog for one month, so I may not be able to give you the best answer. However, when I first got him his coat was very, very dry and he was constantly scratching. Since I have had him I have seen a big improvement already. The Oatmeal Shampoo didn't irritate his skin and I think it has helped to soothe because I have barely any scratching. The skin looks better than before the bath. The shampoo and conditioner doesnt have any sulfates to my knowledge, which should be beneficial to dry, irritated skin. The Oatmeal creme from Biogroom is what I plan to use until the problem goes away(hopefully). I read that oatmeal can be irritating, but that was only one source. I have found many others articles saying it should help. I havent tried the Silk creme rinse yet-but I will once his skin is better condition. I am happy that the Oatmeal conditioner left his coat very silky though. I am also giving him fish oil once a day which hopefully helps also. Last edited by mandyja; 12-28-2010 at 12:14 PM. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Bio Groom is great stuff! It's the first shampoo/conditioner that keeps Roxy's very fine silky hair from being a tangled mess all the time. Tried probably half a dozen 'great' shampoos before I found one that keeps her hair from several million knots/tangles. I recently ran out & went back to using her previous brands I still had. Big mistake. Never do that again. We are back on the right track now. : ) Got mine at petedge.com

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I love Biogroom products too, and I suggest you order the free samples from the company to know if it's right for you. Just click on "contact us" and they will send you 4 samples. The samples are highly concentrated, and mix 4 parts water to 1 part ingredient. Bio-Groom - Exceptional Pet Care Products for Over 30 Years.

| I love Biogroom Silk Rinse. I just started using it and it makes Jackson oh sooo soft and shiny! And it smells wonderful too. I bought mine on amazon.com and it was only like $8 including shipping. I'm still using Minksheen shampoo but then I finish it off with the Silk Creme Rinse.
