| Depends on what your goal is with your pup's hair. I use PetSilk Liquid Silk Serum to detangle Teddy's hair before a bath. Otherwise, it is too greasy to use on my boys and it causes them to collect more dirt on their hair. I haven't tried the Biogroom Coat Conditioner. You could email them from their website and request a free sample. They are good about sending samples. Last edited by Maximo; 12-01-2010 at 05:00 AM. |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I use Biogroom Spray Set Texturizer for Joey's topknot. I bought it when he was a puppy, and lol, I still have more than half the bottle left. It's supposed to give the coat extra hold and texture, and Joey's topknot needed some thickening up. I really could tell the difference if he didn't use it, it seems to bulk up the topknot without making it look stiff. He doesn't need it now as much as he did as a puppy, but I still think it makes for a nicer topknot. I never use it on his saddle area or anywhere else; the hair is thick enough. I use regular Biogroom cream rinse/conditioner after shampooing and have been very happy with that, he has a silky coat.
