| Long, thin hair - Help I need some help with Betty Boop's hair. It is long and looks stringy on the ends. I've never had it cut and the black is still on the ends. One groomer told me it would look this way until all of the black is off. It is a silvery/smoke-ish color as it grows. I can brush her and 10 minutes later it looks stringy and separated. Do I need to use a different shampoo? Right now I am using a dog shampoo and conditioner with oatmeal. OR, is this hereditary and this is the way it's going to be?? Thanks!

I think I get all of the shampoo and rinse out, but it doesn't actually feel squeaky clean, even though I rinse and rinse and rinse. I do blow it dry. Thanks. I'll look up the Isle of Dogs right now.
