| Pony tail?? So my question is ... for those of you who like the pony tail/top knot. Do you ALWAYS leave it up? I have Ella's hair up in a tiny claw clip (like for little kids, it doesn't pull out the hair like the latex bands) But I feel like it's causing breakage in the hair in her pony tail. Should I take it down every now and again? It gets in her eyes and she can't see what do you do? |

| I take mine out every night for bed and massage their little heads. Maybe you are putting them in too tight?? You need to leave a little slack in them or you will end up with a bald spot up there too. I use little terry cloth scrunchies for daily use and only use clips or bands when we go out. Hope this helped a little, Good luck.

When I use latex bands, I take down my boys' topknots at night. However, I recently switched to using little scrunchies for casual wear and I leave those in overnight. The scrunchies are a lot easier on the hair when my boys wrestle and try to eat each other's topknots. I have to redo topknots at least twice a day. | We take the bands out every night at bedtime and brushing time.

| We have used 3 clips on Tiki and she end up taking them off. Used a rubber band once, and didn't last long either. I'm afraid of pulling too tight. So for now will stick to clips and just cut the hair on top so she can see. |

| yep, put it up sometime in the morning and take it out in the evening. I also, give 'em a good scalp massage. Sometimes (ok alot) I skip days and let their hair hang in their eyes. They don't mind and it gives them a break. Makes me crazy but I know it is good on their scalps. They look kinda like sheep dogs or maybe Beethovens. hmmm.
