| Helping ears up! Saydee's ears are trying to come up, but I think they may need some help. I trimmed Rily's and they were up within two days....but, I know I trimmed too much off. Could someone please post some pictures detailing how much to cut from the front and back sides? Thanks!

| With puppy ears I do trim more, but try to avoid too much. I start triming ears off at 4-6 weeks of age. Then usually do not have to trim more than the 1/4 when older. But if you have ears that are struggling trim more. How old is this pup?? Have you tried tapping yet? |

| It`s adult dog.Certainly, it not a show dog, I have shown how many to shave that ears have fast up. When will up, it is already possible to let grow a coat as to a show dog |

| Sorry - I was asking rilysmom what age is her dog that she shaved and trying to get ears up. Russian_Yorkie - What is your kennel name. Maybe I have heard of your dogs before. And yes, you are right that the hair will go back on rilysmom's dog ears again. No problem. What do you use to get the hair off your dogs' ears? Looks very close. | Looks like a surgical shave o_O. I used #40 on my boy and it doesn't look that close.

| Thanks to all who replied. Saydee's ears are up now. I just trimmed them about 1/4 - 1/2 down on both sides and they were up in no time. She is almost 15 weeks now and her ears have been up for about 2 weeks.
