| Marj makes the cutest, but masculine, boy doggie top knot bows: M'Lady's Dog Bows - Boy Bows Page 1 Check out her tail wag photos. Lots of boy doggies wear her bows. |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Both Frazier and Reggie wear bows...many days their hair is just up with a band. LawDog Bows has cute boy bows embellished with "boy" items.

| speaking of top knots, does your yorkies have bald spots from the knots? Ginger is always pulling her out. I think it pulls her hair out at the same time. I'm worried the bald spots will be permanent and she will need plugs. Now, I've been braiding her hair so it doesn't pull so hard. Any thoughts?

| Josh wears bows too. He does not always love wearing them, but he is getting accustom to wearing bows, especially since his hair is growing longer. I plan on buying bows with boy embellishments. On EBay, there are a lot of people making beautiful bows just for boy dogs. The girl dogs cannot have all the fun. For me, part of the fun of owning a Yorkie is grooming their long hair. Come on guys bring on the pictures , because I cannot wait to see them. |

| In my opinion it is cute for women to have a boy dog with a bow. For a guy (heterosexual) with a male Yorkie, I think it's a little different. I live in long beach which is notorious for homosexual men, and having a Yorkie alread puts you in the wrong light. hahahah. May have to go back to the puppy cut then I guess. |

Joey wears a topknot all of the time, but only for special occasions does he wear a bow. I actually love the band with one of those mini clips, and there are some cute barrettes too. One of his daddy's favorites has the Detroit Red Wing insignia.

| Boo doesn't have enough hair really, for a nice top knot, so he goes natural. But Yogi has a ton of hair and DH doesn't want to have it cut so top knot it is for this boy. I use the 'manly' blue & green scrunchies for him. I also will just use a grooming rubber band if I don't want a color on him. He fights it sometimes, but he's quickly learning you really can't fight what the Momma wants. Here's what happens when Yogi doesn't have his hair up. He bares a strange resemblance to The Adams Family's Cousin It. 01-08-09-a.JPG Wearing his 'manly' blue scrunchie. After2-jpg.JPG

LOL I love these comments. I have a boy that has a topknot and does get mistaken for a girl, but it doesn't seem to bother him. LOL But I did start getting him bows that are more "manly" like the ones with the little firehydrants in the middle, lol You could always just pull his hair back flat and use a manly type clip to hold it down flat on his head, no pony tail.

| I've been cutting Momo's bangs since he was a pup...now am trying to grow it out so he can wear a top knot. I love, love, love Ladymom's bows, so we're in the long process of growing out his bangs. Here's a pic of him sporting lollipups (lje213) bow.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | You can find those mini hair claws almost everywhere even the grocery store. Use a band first, and put the clip around that to ensure the clip doesn't pop off. Here's a picture: Goody #80473 Micro Mini Claw Clip 15pcs :: Beautyofnewyork.com

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I have a topknot on Nolee. He doesn't wear bows, because my DH does not like it being he is a boy! I can't put baby colored clothes or anything that resembles female! Oh, well at least I was able to get my Nolee! I just keep a plain band on his top knot. Everyone still thinks he's a girl though! (Oh, the pics in my avatar are when he gets back from the groomer! When my DH gets home, he takes the bow out! LOL!)
