| Hair Question.. Hey guys(: I'm new here, i joined a couple a weeks ago but i finally figured out how to post and stuff. So I got my yorkie baby when he was 8 weeks old, now he's 12 weeks. and I've noticed recently every time i comb him his hair falls out in clumps. is this normal? Sorry if this has been posted or in the wrong forum, I'm not really sure where this is supposed to go.. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | For a puppy to lose a little puppy hair is normal but it doesn't come out in "clumps". Or, at least I've never had a puppy's hair come out that way. Oh btw, Welcome to YT!

| Do you mean falling out to the point of leaving bald spots?? If so, that is not normal and you better get him into a vet. Good Luck! |

| Sasha and I welcome to YT. well, if his hair is matted and when you brush and pull it it breaks I guess that's normal. otherwise, if you are brushing, the hair is not matted and is fallling off in chumps I would worry. have you taken him to the vet for his first puppy visit?
