| Just have to brag! I took Baxter for grooming yesterday. When I picked him up the groomer's receptionist said the groomer was so pleased with how he looked when he got there. (She gave me a comb the first time she saw Bax and explained the best way to groom him.) I have to admit that he had a couple of mats that I couldn't get out but I was so thrilled that she was pleased. Baxter does not like to be groomed or bathed or do anything else that isn' his idea but I am bound and determined that he is not going to look woolly. My husband says he has bed-head when he gets up in the morning. I used to have a pom that stayed in full coat all the time. I figured if I could conquer that coat, this straight silky hair should be no problem but I didn't figure on a dog that hated to be groomed. Anyway - just had to share because I was beaming when I left there yesterday. |
