| Weird question about MinkSheen Pet Shampoo Ok so I have been reading up about this shampoo and it appears people are raving about it. I want to try it out but here is the weird question part. I get migraines and smells trigger it. Does minksheen have a stong perfume smell to it?

| you can definitely smell it.. but i think it's a good smell.. i'm not sure if it would trigger a migrane or not sorry... why don't you email them & ask for a sample, that way you don't buy something that you may never use again!

| I also suffer from migraines and this particular shampoo does trigger headaches for me. I just do not like the smell of it...I think it is a strong citronella-cologne type of smell. I can handle the soft scent of ESPREE Silky Show, though. ESPREE gives out free samples so maybe you could give it a try. I guess you could also try Minksheen, just to see how you handle it, but yes, from migraine sufferer to another, it does bother my head! Tammy |

| I never have tried that shampoo because with all the raves about it, I have heard a lot of negatives about it too. I think with any shampoo....no matter what people say about them...it is all trial and error...you have to try it to see if you like it....not just how it works or smells, but how it effects your Yorkies skin/coat and how it effects you! I like SheaPet (?) and Buddy Wash and PetSilk (personally)...but I have tried several shampoo's that I just didn't like....then gave them away or resold them here. You can check out the grooming section HERE for more tips, ideas too!

| It has a very strong smell, but I like it. I also get horrible migraines, but the smell doesnt trigger mine, however everyone is different. You should definitley ask for a sample, the office is very nice about sending samples. I love Minksheen, it is my favorite shampoo for the dogs, and I have tried alot.

| I want to try this shampoo. I can't believe how much the shipping is. around 10.00 for the 16 oz. size. On both Amazon and at their site. I wonder why the shipping is so much. I love that it has patchouli oil in it. I put patchouli oil on every day. I get migraines also. I don't think this will trigger any because I am able to wear the patchouli oil. I'm in the Yorkie connection group and it was recommended. Her Yorkies' hair was long, shiny, and very silky. I will come back on here and let you know what I think of it. |

| I have used this shampoo and loved it but stopped using it because every time I used it I had to realize that some little mink had to die for the mink oil. So found another I like just as well.
