| CC Gold brush losing pins A couple of months ago I bought a Chris Christensen Gold 27 pin brush, after reading how lots on YT love them. Two of the pins have come out, near the centre. My two aren't knotty. They have long silky coats which I brush every day & I always use an Isinis brush first before going over finally with the CC, then a comb. Has anyone else had this happen? Feeling a bit miffed actually as I paid £32 ( about $47) for it, plus quite expensive p&p. xx Meggie |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I have had mine for years and had no problem and use it on 4 dogs. Sounds like a defective one. I would think the company will stand behind it.

| They will generally stand behind their product. Contact the company and explain what happened they will tell you to send it back and replace it. Good Luck!
