| how young for first bath? we just got a 9 week old puppy and the wipes arent cutting it anymore, can i give her a bath, or are there any other suggestions for what i can do? im a new mommy, i need some help! ive had puppies before but never yorkies Last edited by PeanutsMom48; 09-20-2008 at 08:34 AM. |

| My breeder bathe mine before I got him at 8 weeks and I did too weekly when I got home.

| ok thanks!, i just bathed her and shes soo much better i finally got all of the yuckieness out and made sure to dry her off, except she didnt like the blow dryer, but warming a towel really helped! |

| I start bathing mine at 6 weeks. they are pretty stinky by that time. Also if gives them several baths and blowdrys before they go to their new homes. |
